Having trouble with a 1986 toyota supra?

I just purchased a 1986 toyota supra today like a dumb ass i didnt test drive it due to the fact of the price i was getting it for i went to drive away and relised that the steering was almost impossible i drove it to a auto zone and put power steering fluid in it but it didnt help my next issue is i think it has a blown head gasket while i was driving it started to smoke and smelled like burning rubber i pulled over and turned the car off now it wont start if anyone can help with either one of these two issues it would be amazing for youre advice thanks
