Having trouble deciding between 2 phones

I'm currently looking at the LG CU500 and the Pebl. I like both of them but want to hear from users who have used the phones. I tried searching but there was minimal information on the Pebl and a whole lot on the CU 500. One of the issues I'm having is that all the unlocked Pebls for sale on eBay are foreign versions which require a power converter to charge the phone. If anyone has a foreign version phone and can provide info as to whether they have had any issues with their power converter. Thanks in advance.
 
It shouldn't be a problem to charge a foreign model here in the u.s. as long as the ebay seller includes a travel adapter so it fits american sockets. most cell phone chargers these days are compatible for 100V-240V. My girlfriend uses a crappy motorola (a pink slvr), it's a french import, but with a travel adapter, it's no problem to charge the phone.
