My pre-surgery visit is still a week away so I haven't asked to many questions yet about it except for if any will be available to me the answer being yes. So any who, I was just looking online and so many people tend to refrence a shot given before going into the OR... I am having a large goiter removed (this will actually be the entire left side of my thyroid, right side will be removed if needed) due to my hyperthyroidism I have bad panic attacks and anxiety, just want to make sure I actually make it to going under anesthesia, and not run out from a bad attack that is pretty much going to be inevitable! Thanks for the answers!!!
