When a woman is on her period and she doesnt use protection without birthcontrol whats the percentage of getting pregnant?

You can get pregnant any time of the month

The man also can not possible pull out in time for pre cum not to come out. Its made to clear the way for the rest of the sperm. The man does not feel it and its not like clock work.

If you dont want a baby, use protection
