I am having some problems with my 99 Dodge Caravan. In the mornings it's very hard to turn over. The starter is working but it's as if there is not enough fuel getting to the engine. After 2 or 3 tries it will finally start but runs a little rough and sluggish. Once I get going the sluggishness will disappear.Once it gets started I have no problems restarting it., it just seems as if it sits for a while it is hard to start back up. I don't know if this has any bearing on the problem but on days when it rains it is even more sluggish almost to the point of me putting my foot all the way down on the gas and no acceleration. What is the problem?
