Never had this before, I have updated the current application for the itunes files, restarted my pc, turned off phone and on again.
The message that comes up on the itunes page when I try to sync my phone is the following :
The iPhone cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019)
I have looked at the Apple internet trouble shooting sight. Nothing is mentioned for this this problem.
The only thing left to do is to restore the phone to it's factory settings which I don't want to do if I am going to lose my phone numbers and email accounts ( calenders & texts are not a problems if I lose them ). The photos & music is backed up in my pc, will I lose anything else by restoring settings as a last resort ?
