Call Adobe customer support or send them an email. Only if you have a real version. Also, have u updated recently, like automatic updates from Microsoft? Maybe one of them is incompatible.

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit, and had no problems with Photoshop CS3 for over a year until the other day. All of a sudden when I tried to open it, the window would open like it's about to load, only to close shortly after. Any further attempts to open it would result in a flicker of the program where you could see the top toolbar, and would close again. I followed plenty of instructions online, even from Adobe themselves with no luck at all. As a result, it's been uninstalled and not even a fresh install off the CD completes anymore. I've tried running regsvr32 jscript.dll before installing as well. No luck whatsoever. . I keep receiving "component install failed" errors.

Any input on this is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
