ok well here it is...7 years ago my husband started enlisting in the army needless to say he was young and failed the drug test at meps. Well he never went back because the recruiter never told him. So now we went to another state to go look for jobs and ended up talking to a recruiter. Came back home and started the process of him enlisting, only to find out he can't enlist because of the drug test 7 years ago. Since then, mindy you he got a college degree, met me and married, and we have 3 kids. Ok well so he talked to JAG and they told him to call meps and find out what he needs to do. Meps has nothing on him, they say he is a go. So my question is, why did another state and meps have nothing on him, but the one recruiter pulled up that he can't enlist.???? Please help.
