Having make adobe flash player work in dreamweaver?

I am having trouble usin my flash files within my brower. This is the error I get.
Adobe flash player has stopped a potentialy unsafe operation
The following application on your computer network C:/documemnts////expressinstall.swf
Is trying to communicate with the internetenabled locatopm fpdownload.macro.com to let this applicatiions click settings.I have done all the steps but still get this error
