Having difficulty with Elimination Problems in Algebra, Can you Please Help? :/?

So I have the following problems that must be solved by elimination:
these 2 are together:

C+E=836
12.96c+9.99e=10,475.19

and so are these:
F+Y=15,000
.09f+.11y=1410


I would appreciate if you could explain how to solve these, I tried and I am not getting correct answers. You have to use elimination in order to solve them. Any help would be much appreciated! :) thank you!
