Having a problem loading Xpress Mail on Nokia E62

Everytime I try to install it, it downloads and says its complete. Then it opens up to the note pad with all these unknown symbols that I've never seen before. It was working fine, then when I tried to receive my email, it said some type of update was needed. I erased it so I can re-install it, but now it will not install like it did before. Not sure what to do now.
 
Uninstall it and get backberry mail. I did xpress for a month and gave up with all the reocuring problems. it will cost you $15 more per month and the interface is better and you get mail realtime. ASk cingular tech how to install realtime using alias emial forward from your email provider.
