Havent seen this prl talked about before

for what its worth i downloaded the 1111prl and checking it out to see if there is a difference/ so far phone works and cant tell any diference

I agree, he can tell us exactly what is different. I opened it up in my PRL editor and it shows three systems, SIRAB 6505, 5117, and 5035 using PCS block W. Not sure what block W is. AWS maybe?

Edit:
Upon further research I used a different editor to view the file and this one showed PCS blocks: Any. As a note, all the other cricKet systems have specific PCS channels listed and not channel blocks.

The only difference between PRL version 01040 and PRL version 01111 is that the following three systems have been added in the latter:
  • 06505 - Revol (Colurabus, OH)
  • 05117 - Revol (Toledo, OH)
  • 05035 - Revol (Sandusky, OH)
It appears (assuming that this PRL will be used on all new hanRABets) that Cricket customers will be able to roam on Revol's network in those three markets as if they were Cricket markets, ie. not counting as off-network roam.

Revol customers have been able to roam on Cricket's network in several markets (for instance Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, and Louisville) for some time now, so it only makes sense to reciprocate the roaming agreement to Cricket customers. Interestingly, other Revol markets (such as Indianapolis, Youngstown, and Cleveland) are not covered by this new PRL.
