So I do eat like potatoes, corn, bananas, pasta sauce type stuff and i take a multivitamin. I also drink 100
% juice and the v8 fusion stuff that counts as a serving of fruits and a serving of veggies, but not all the time. i also have apples and eat morningstar chick patties. Other than that I eat fairly healthy, the thing I cant get by is the consistincy of vegetables and fruits it grosses me out and makes me throw up. Am I going to die because of this (I also suffer extreme anxiety, and constant worrying and panic attacks) any tips of how to incorporate more into my diet?
