I've only had one good look for it a week or so ago, but was unable to see it with 7x50 binoculars. I've heard that it's very difficult to see, even with binoculars, so perhaps it is fainter than predicted, which often happens with comets. The best viewing opportunity will be around February 23 and 24, when it will be at its brightest, and very close to Saturn in the sky.
