I think the point of the photo is that it appears to be Laguna Seca and where those bikes are parked is really close to...everything. I could be wrong, but that's my guess.

Yea, It was Indy the 1st two bikes at the end of the row had parachute type covers on them. Wind caught them and this was the aftermath. There was alot more damage than what the picture shows. The saddest thing is that although it was windy most of the day, it really picked up after the race was over. So if those two knucklehaeads on the end packed up just a few minutes earlier it may never have happened.

There was a long thread on here when it actually happened, pages worth of all the horrible details from people that were there. The Tricolour got it pretty bad from what I remember reading.

Moral of the story is Ducatis are in fact waterproof, so let them get wet...or pay the consequences.
