and it was about a brother and sister who found a kite in a park, but it was damaged, so they went to the store, and got this glue and it was magic, they played with the kite for a while, turns out it belonged to thi homeless man from the park, who was magic or sumimn, (the cover was light blue ish, had the 2 kids on the front, and a pic of the glue bottle on the back)?
pretty sure it was called The Magic Kite
