it actually does exist. Google it. It has various state arena's where it is discussed. And I have seen one of the California locations myself.
 
I google'd REX84. So it sounds like they have places ready to detain the huge crowds of illegals who stand around out in the open in parking lots all over most major cities in the USA.

We conservatives have been sounding the alarm for years that this is creating a huge national security problem, if terrorists ever mingle in with the illegals to gain entry to the USA.

So the government has responded in typical fashion. Rather than solve the problem and deprive unscrupulous employers of a steady supply of cheap labor, the government has convinced itself that the first time even one of those illegals even looks like a terrorist, they will round all of them up and detain them.

Ya, that'll show 'em.

And oh, wink wink, it's not that they're already here. It's in case of a sudden "mass exodus" of illegal workers just suddenly all swarming across the border in a big huge crowd all at once wink wink. No, they're not already here, the government would have deported them all. Naw, no illegal workers here. We caught all them what were here already and deported them all. wink wink...

No, as we all know REX84 is the secret CIA base in Costa Rica, which is the reason why Costa Rica does not have an army. We defend Costa Rica, because our top secret base is there. It's like even more GITMO than GITMO.

Ya, that's where they take the real die-hard dissidents. We make them lie outside in the sun in the tropical climate, with suntan lotion on and with a drink with an umbrella in it. Dissidents turn themselves in voluntarily, to have a life of ease in a tropical paradise, all expenses paid by Uncle Sam.

Then they're not hanging around Stateside agitating against the government.

It's the perfect plan. It's worked for 20 years now. But they do have to keep the Democrat dissidents on the opposite side of the base from the Republican dissidents, or else they'll start arguing about politics and it disturbs the animals in the rain forest.
