Have you heard of 'Debt Cancellation' policy sold when one purchases a Toyota?

I bought a Prius and they sold me a 'Debt Cancellation' policy. I paid about $560 for the policy, but they didn't give me any paper work which explains what it is for you.

Does anyone know?

Can anyone help me with this question please.
