I want to take a survey of people who have had troubles adding or taking away numbers online with their favourite numbers plans with Telus cell phone provider. I have experienced problems adding new numbers that say they are added, but I find out later, with extra charges, that number did not actually add. Whether it is my human error or a technical problem, I want to know how many people have had this online problem to report how not user-friendly/faulty Telus's online plan management is. Thank you
