Have you ever or would you ever go camping in the snow?

Its pretty cool, pretty cold, and pretty wet. First it would be helpful to know how much snow. If its 1-6 inches a good waterproof foot print for your tent and rainfly with a warm sleeping bag. If there is more snow than 1-6 inches, but not solid (as in won't support weight) you might want to dig out tent and fire site just to stay more dry. If its solid feet of snow you could actually build a type of wall/shelter for your site. Around your fire site lay down live evergreen branches to prevent it from getting overly muddy/sludgy. Other than that dress warm, expect to get wet and cold and have fun!

Yeah its tons of fun! Its a totally different experience from camping in the summer though, you just have to be prepared. Bring lots of warm cloths and ways to stay dry. If there is enough snow, make a snow cave or small igloo type thing. They keep you a lot warmer than you'd expect.
