Have you ever known anyone over 50 who went back to school and/or started a business

and became successful? My sister says she is worried "about what to do w/her time" once her 2 children are grown. And told me a few times she was interested in med school, but thought by then "she'd be too old". I hope she doesn't toss in the towel to at-least go after some kinda dream of hers.
