Have You Ever Fell Asleep During a Movie Cause It's Been That Bad?

The Avaitor - The most boring film I have vener seen.
I fell asleep in the first Lord of the Rings but that was because I was tired, not because the film was bad.
 
Godzilla, Mission Impossible 2 and everytime I've tried to watch Lost in Space I nod off. It's embarassing waking up on a friend's shoulder covered in dribble.
 
How long have you tollerated a bad movie before nodding off to sleep. I lasted about 15 mins of The Chronicles Of Riddick :yawn: and an hour of The Leauge Of Extraordinary Gentlemen :yawn:
 
Date Movie. By far the worst movie i have had the unfortunate experience of watching in my life. Completly awful. The only funny bit in the whole film is the 2 blokes running to each other which was shown on the trailer for the film anyway, other than that this film is dreadful.
 
Pirates of the Carribean : Dead mans Chester.

Watched it in the Embassy theatre in Wellington, NZ and just couldnt help it. Was suffering from Jet lag though.
 
I do it all the time when we watch DVD's at home there's one dire sci-fi film called Solar Crisis that senRAB me to sleep every time I try to watch it - I've never found out if they managed to save the world yet :)
 
Don't Look Now. The worst part is, I felt I'd missed out on a true classic so I pressed rewind and tried again, imagine my depression when I managed to watch the whole pointless film and wished I'd stayed asleep.
 
The Siege with Bruce Willis (lasted 10 mins). Nearly fell asleep recently watching Pirates 2. Oh look, another pointless action sequence....
 
We went to a midnight showing of "Get Shorty" when it was released and both fell asleep within twenty minutes. Woke up just as it was finishing. Still have no idea what happened inbetween, and I'm not really that fussed about filling in the gaps.
 
My Husband fell asleep watching the DaVinci Code, I had to nudge him to wake him up. :D

I hate it when I fall asleep watching a film in bed, I love watching telly in bed but I'm crap at staying awake. There was a really good film on the other night and I was getting right into it. When the adverts came on, I thought I'd just shut my eyes for a moment....big mistake. Woke up at 4 in the morning with the TV still blaring, shame it looked like a good film.
 
At home I even fall asleep during good movies...

But in the cinema - just one... Hideous Kinky.

Its a Kate Winslet movie aboout this woman who goes to Morocco or Tunisia or somewhere. I've no idea why. It was dire.

We were only there coz a mate dragged us along and it was just sooooooooobad!
 
Had to laugh that this thread has been set up. A couple of nights ago we went to see Superman Returns. She fell asleep after about 20 minutes. I did with about 45 minutes left. However we came to the conclusion that the movie wasn't that bad. It didn't help that we had both been in a pub for a couple of hours before though.
 
I remember going to see a movie called "Swingers" in the cinema that starred Vince Vaughn.I seem to recall the opening credits & about 20 mins of the movie that's all i remember of it.
