could be they use MSG.

we go to places that don't use it because my hubby gets the headaches too.

YES! i eat egg noodle and i get really big headaches, but its becuase i have a small allergy to them. you may be allergic to something in the food

Yes, it is caused by the MSG that is added to the food. Take some advil and a nap, and it should go away.
