No. But, I was going to a friends house one time and I left my purse on the trunk of her car. My brother called me and told me. Thankfully, it didn't fall off. lol

Oh yes, many years ago, I left a pair of shoes on the car roof and it wasn't until I turned a corner in the road that they rolled across the roof and fell off... Luckily, no damage done...!
