...hurts!? ahah man i was jsut riding to subway on my moantain bike and their was a little riseing hill in the sidewalk me being stupid and coming from an odd angle i peedled rreally fast up the little hill pulling on the handlebars. so when the bike landed fast but not in a straight line i just went smackdown on my side.!!!

i just layed their for a few minutes in pain it hurt so fuckin bad! scraped my elbow and thers a huge brusie on my thigh. plus thers a big red bloody imprint of a button on my thigh which is the button from my blue jeans. it ws pretty embarising having that happedn and these two cyclists past buy and asked if i was ok which was nice.

but the pain was jsut so bad and i felt like i couldnt breathe!! but it felt kind of ncie about half an hour after the crash, i dont know why.. but im sore now lol

so what types of crashess have you guys experienced?? and what are your injuries??? i know people always try and act tough but when they actually feel the pain and experience it them self its a whole nother story!!!!!!

Several years ago I was riding a paved trail at a park and saw an dirt trail that headed off towards a creek. I though it would be fun, so I followed it. I was going along nicely, with the creek on my right, when the soft ground gave and I slipped right down into the creek. I tipped over on my left side and slid nicely into the water. Probably the smoothest crash you've ever seen, and it didn't even hurt. Had to walk a mile in the water to find a slope I could get up though. Hurt my ego more than anything.

My last crash was the first ride I was taking with my new Trek MTB. I was using a crosswalk at a light and a beaten up chevy astro van turned right in front of me. I mashed the brakes hard, and being brand new the grabbed a little harder than I expected. So instead of going a$$ over tea kettle and possibly into the van, I dumped it on the pavement and rolled the other way. 1st ride with a new bike. Minor bruising, but my beautiful new bike!
