Have you even been to a dine-in restaurant and had your food on the table in less...

...than 5 minutes? o.O
I just came home for a Russian/Euro restaurant that caught my eye. The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was friendly enough, yet, my food came out the kitchen way too fast. Totally uncool.
Um, I had 'Guluptsi', which is ground beef and whatnot wrapped in cabbage and then boiled. The meat *might* have cooked in the time it took to get my food but, from my understanding, cabbage takes a long time to become tender when boiled. The cabbage was *very* tender. A previously unconsidered cooking method (i.e. pressure cooking) might be responsible for the speedy turnout.

The dish was served with mashed potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes. It tasted just like ravioli which is okay. I don't like cabbage but there was little influence taste-wise from them. The whole thing was sorta bland-ish but I may be able to chalk that up to me killing a few tastebuds with overly-hot espresso earlier. xD
