...to COMPLETELY deactivate? I just need a verizon customer service number to call to COMPLETELY deactivate my Chocolate so I can be on my stepmom's familyplan. She already has a spot for me so she doesn't have to ADD-A-LINE, I just need to deactivate my phone so I can use it for a different number on the familyplan. Hopefully you understand what I'm asking, if not I'll explain it further if asked. Please and thankyou!
