Have to quit my job to move back to California... can I collect unemployment?

I moved from California to Colorado a little over a year ago and have been working full time since. I just got accepted to a University back home in California so I'll be quiting my job here in Colorado to move back home and take advantage of this opportunity. Can I collect unemployment and if so what state do I make the claim in?
