Now they scream about Obama no standing in the oil off the coast of LA.
What do they think photo ops really solve?. Why are liberals so superficial?

Jets - The Federal goverment is required to get a formal request from the state. In this case it was a Democrat.
FEMA only organized relief effort at that period of time. They only became a relief organizzation after Katrina.
