Have insomnia. What if I stayed awake one night and fell asleep the next day and...

...followed this pattern.? I've tried everything to fall asleep but no matter what I do I always spend all night struggling for sleep. I usually feel sleepy at around five or six in the morning. I found that if I wait till like three or four pm I fall asleep right away and wake up feeling refreshed. What if I follow this pattern? One night I stay awake and fall asleep in the afternoon the next day and so on?
 
most doctors will tell u this no tea coffee or caffeine soft drinks after midday food can act as stimulants garlic onions chillies etc high amount's of sugar even caffeine free soft drinks can cause trouble due to sugar and additives. don't watch Intense stuff on tv (violence action horror suspense etc) before bed time try reading again not action stuff don't spend time on the computer in the evening.
if i drink any of the above after dinner i cant sleep for hours everyone is wired up different i know people who have a large coffee then straight to bed and out like a light. you will need to experiment as no two people are the same all the stuff worked for me i had trouble for first 30 years of my life last 9 have been easy.
 
i think wen ever u dont feel sleepy ..you should read some boks or lsn to some soft music...which makes u sleepy ...but dont break the routin ..which u were sleeping before ...coz ur body is adopted to those routine ..and its harmful to make any changes to it...hop it will help u..
