Have i eaten too much today?? should i go exercise?

Breakfast: Apple
Boiled egg white
Half English muffin
Large handful of grapes

Exercise:
1 mile bike ride

Lunch: Pear
A couple of bites of my sisters peanut butter bagel.
2 mini quaker rice cakes

What ya think, i wanted to be lazy today, but should i go get some exercise in??
