have bluetooth for the ps3 but dont know how to use it (the headset)?

Dude if it's paired to your friends PS3, he has to unpair if it IS paired to your PS3, you have to go to the settings and enable the microphone
 
its paired with the ps3 got the bluetooth head set from a friend no instuctions how do i use the headset how do i know its on because when im playing online ppl r talking and im talking but nobody heres me guys r saying do this and that and im telling that i am but they cant here me
