I did it.
Warning, if you have less then 3/4 {at home} of signal then don't do it.
Therory
What I did was simple, I took the antena{up the picture}, removed the "engine" for vibration, ant gave the antena on that place where was the "engine". The signal is fine but sometimes it fall down when I phone in buildings. I could give you some photos, but my camera is broke.
Of course I cut the antena and made some changes with 5sec glue.

Last year I modded some covers of SL for several friends of my ( Italian ) Forum... Everybody used this mode to put the antenna and of course the signal isn't better than before but at the max, 1 or 2 nicks less...
