Have all people gone stupid about cars?

I see these morons talking about taking off catalytic converters, making "true duals" and jury rigging crap on there vehicles. WTF is all that? If you cant do it right why do it? Taking the cats off makes your engine run wrong because of the O2 sensors. True duals dont scavenge as well as an Xpipe. Why dont ppl actually take the time to look into doing it right before they tell someone else how to do it? Has the shade tree mechanic really gotten that bad or am i just seeing the idiots? Oh and for you ppl that try to say im an idiot, Im a certified mechanic and i own an 11 second Dodge Cummins and a 850+ hp camaro
