Have a short in Headlight on 2000 Dodge Durango?

The passenger side headlight will be working fine until I hit a pot hole then go out, hit another pothole or get out and tap it a few times comes back on. Took to one shop the light wouldn't act up. Took to another shop all they did was changed the bulb which didn't fix it. Thanks for any and all help.
 
Find the ground wire and where it connects. You have a bad connection at the ground from rust or corrosion- remove the bolt etc, sand it down and replce. Should fix the peoblem. Also check the dimmer switch that all wires are plugged into switch well. Just in case.
