One of the fire suppression sprinkler in my house went off randomly flooding my living room. There was no fire and no one touched the sprinkler. I was told by some one who installs these sytems for a lliving to call the company and possibly sue them. What kind of lawyer would be appropriate for this?

Also, My mother is looking for a lawyer to Sue State Farm. We believe she was taking advantage of while she was grieving from my fathers death because the Insurance company basically pushed her into putting his life insurance into an annuity. See as my mother in mentally Ill she wants to try to get the annuity broken based on her not being in the mental state to sign the contract. What lawyer would be appropriate for this as well.
