cost, equipment, etc.? I plan on joining this gym in a very short time and had a couple questions regarding the gym.
Alright one question about this gym is the cost. I hear the gym costs about $160 a month to go work out at and such. But does this also include the separate classes like Muay Thai and BJJ? Or would I have to have another payment or added on payment to be able to take those?
Also, I would like to know what sort of equipment I would have to get myself to bring to the gym and what they already have available.
I have been trying to get fit myself just to get ready for this gym for awhile now, I know this place can finish the job to get me in real good shape. I'm not even thinking about competition yet. I just want to get the basics down and get started training.
And I would like to know anything helpful from people with experience for first starting a mixed martial arts gym.
Some details, I'm 20. Out of high school. No real martial art experience. Wasn't in high school wrestling but got to do a little during high school and I understand how to get around and shift for leverage so I think with training I can learn eventually. I have always wanted to learn martial arts, so what better time to start now.
Thanks ahead of time for any real answers and your understanding.
