It takes 28 days to break a habit, so you're in for the long haul if you're really going to do this.

On the other hand, your chances of developing prostate cancer significantly diminish if you achieve orgasm three times per week.

Also, where do you find time to masturbate three times a day. When I'm on break, maybe, but once is usually all I have time for.

Constantly am looking up porn. Have masturbated up to three times a day for the past five years. Every day I watch porn and masturbate. Old things which used to be fun are now becoming interesting and I've begun doing sick things like eating cum and whatever else. It's so gross and I'll never forgive myself. I need to stop myself now, I'm a Muslim and I know it is not tolerated in my religion. As hard as I try stopping it's of no use, and I start again. Help please. And no I do not have the means to get married.

Every men in America is doing exactly the same thing even in Europe and Africa. The thing is they are doing it in their own rooms like you and not say it out for others to know.

You will have to do more until you are too tire of the same old things.

Maybe start playing tennis.

You should consider looking into accountability software. It is used mostly by Christians battling porn addictions, but it would work for a Muslim as well. If you aren't offended by the prayers of a Christian, I will remember you, my friend.

Internet accountability software, is a type of computer software that provides detailed reports that account for one's actions on the Internet.

Concept of accountability software

"Internet accountability" is an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions on the Internet. Varieties of accountability Software monitor Internet use on a personal computer, or Internet use by a specific user on a computer. These software applications then generate reports of Internet use, usually viewable to a third party (sometimes called an "accountability partner"), that account for an individual’s Internet browsing.

Covenant Eyes pioneered this concept of Internet accountability software. In March 2000, Covenant Eyes accountability software was developed to provide Internet users with a means of reporting one’s online activity to one or more accountability partners.

Today there are several accountability software providers. This software primarily appeals to those who wish to avoid viewing Internet pornography and has been used widely in sexual/Pornography addiction circles.

The concept of an "accountability partner" is a well-known concept in addiction-recovery circles and twelve-step programs, such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Sexaholics Anonymous. Accountability partners, in Alcoholics Anonymous for example, are called "sponsors." When accountability partners have access to one’s Internet browsing record, this limits or removes the anonymity of Internet use, thus providing incentive to not view Internet pornography or other explicit sexual images online.

Confess it to your imam. (I apologize if that's not the right term for it. I mean to say your spiritual teacher.) There are groups for sex addicts that go through a 12 step process much like Alcoholics Anonymous. Go to one of those groups with the support and prayers of your imam.

In the meantime, there is a book called "Po*nified", available on Amazon. It is a good book about the industry and the effect it is having on our society. Think about the individuals involved. Sure they are fulfilling a contract that they chose to enter into, but how voluntary is it? Maybe they have an expensive drug habit to support, or their parents did not provide for an education and they do not know how else to support themselves. I'm not saying everyone in the films is like that, but many are.

Depending on the source of your, um, entertainment, you might try installing a filter on your computer. There are several available on the market that help make smut inaccessible. Have your imam or a good friend set the password.

My final bit of advice is to think about your life. Think about your short term, five-year, ten-year, and lifetime goals. Think about the kind of person you want to be, and what you want to be remembered by. Write down anything you discover about yourself and keep it somewhere you can refer to it from time to time. It takes 28 days to build a habit, and the first three are the hardest. So take it a day at a time, and in 28 days you will be that much closer towards being the kind of person you want to be.
