...soon as I put a new on in. Why? I was using it one minute and then it stopped working. First thing I checked was the fuse, and sure enough it was blown. I went to change it and as soon as the new fuse touched, it blew. I went through 4 fuses before I gave up. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.
 
You have a short, somewhere in the circuit...

unplug whatever you have plugged in, and replace fuse, if it blows you probably have a bare wire touching something behind the dash....

If it does not, whatever you had plugged in, has a short to ground...
