have 2006 toyota corolla srx and the service enginge light is on. 35000 miles. Ideas?

When the car is cold it makes a noise from the under center of the car. it goes away when it gets warm. any ideas?
 
I would take the car to the parts store that offers free diagnostic service. This would be the first step of the diagnosing a car. This would give you the area of car to be looking at. 90% of the time is job just requires a sensor replacement then its fixed.
 
Basic bumper to bumper warranty on the car still in effect,bring it into a Toyota dealer asap,because it is close to expiring,3 years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first.
