her? please help!? My little girl has learning problems in reading and writing, she is very well behaved and is not a naughty child.
She has just started junior school and I was worried that she would find it hard,so I went and had a meeting with the head teacher and told her all about my child, and she told me not to worry that her staff would be able to deal with my little girls needs.
But since then I have found out that she is being punished for not doing her work and has been stopped from doing PE,and I don't agree with that.
Any way,her dad went to pick her up on friday, and as they were on there way home our little girl told her dad that she was not aloud out all day for a brake because she couldn't do her work,
but then she and her big sister told him that the teacher had hit her on her head with a book and then dragged her by her arm to the hall to do her work. She has also got a mark on her arm were she was dragged. She said that she was to scared to cry because the teacher would shout at her.We have never had any trouble with any other school or teacher it is only this one teacher.
So when he got hone he phoned the school to make a complaint about this teacher, and we have now got to go into school in the morning for a meeting.
I am so so upset that I have put my little girl into a school that I thought would be able to deal with her needs, and then she has been abused by the person who was supposed to help her.
Please let me know if she has broken any laws and if so what laws she has broken.

She has most definitely broken the law. You need to document your daughter's injuries and make a police report as soon as possible.
