TITLE: Time Stoppers

PLOT: Prince Ferrell, son of the High King and the only one in the entire world his majesty can trust, is sent on a quest when it is discovered that the king's mortal enemy - Lord Athelstan, emperor of the south - has made new plans to secure his hold on the throne. Within the span of three months, a Solar Eclipse approaches. But it is not the movement of the heavenly bodies that intrigues the South Master but what can happen to the eclipse. If a man has at hand an object of immense magic and power known as the Mythosfiris, than he can use it to stop time by freezing the solar eclipse at the exact moment when the moon fully blocks out the sun. By securing that, time will cease to exist and all life will be bound to the wielder of the Mythosfiris.

As fate would have it, only Prince Ferrell can stop him!

Well, that's about it. There may be some romance in it but the story doesn't focus on that. But what do you think about the time stopping deal? Has it been used before? If not, would you enjoy reading something like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance! :-)
