Has the Ford Focus Changed much in the past 6 years?

I'm considering purchasing Haynes 2000 and 2001 Ford Focus Repair Manual. I have a 2007, but there doesn't seem to be a manual for that. Will the 2000-2001 manual be close to the same as far as routine maintenance goes?
