I have one and it doesn't work. I work out in the gym all the time so I feel if you want results go there. If it's to far for you work out at home. If you don't like working out play with kids get active and go out and burn fat by doing things you love but do it the hard way so you lose fat. Example Bike or run to the store, play games like tag, jump on the trampoline, push mow a yard, get an active outside job like window washing, or mowing or somethiing that burns fat.
