And is there any way that i can adjust it? i never got any instructions, oh and some tips would be great too! thank you

yes, it works good, but it also depends on you and how good you use it and the style you use it... hope this helps!
please help me with my question! http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AhTi0Uv31Sxnp.GNjzFbwIrsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20080507204950AAR7o4q

It won't work all that well if you don't breathe properly when performing the exercise. You should inhale when you pull your belly-button towards your spine (engaging your core), exhale when you do the crunch and inhale again on the way down. Using the ab lounge is pretty well the same as doing a crunch and the breathing technique should be the same.

I have one and it doesn't work. I work out in the gym all the time so I feel if you want results go there. If it's to far for you work out at home. If you don't like working out play with kids get active and go out and burn fat by doing things you love but do it the hard way so you lose fat. Example Bike or run to the store, play games like tag, jump on the trampoline, push mow a yard, get an active outside job like window washing, or mowing or somethiing that burns fat. Hope this helps!!!

go to youtube and type in ab lounger and they will have work outs there. And you have nothing to lose so just try it for 60 days straight and see if it works. Do it while your watching tv every day.

My dad has one, doesn't use it.
Then again we both go to the gym..
My abs are smokin!

how did you get it for free? i'm really interested in muscle gain and anything that can help get me in shape. email me how you got it?
I have an ab-lounge and I must say...i LOVE it. if you know how to use it right, it works really well and I've gained a lot of muscle and have toned my stomach in the few months that ive had it. It works a LOT better than doing crunches because it uses a range of motion that's larger.

My aunt swears by it, she's 41 and has a flat, toned tummy because of it. I don't think you can adjust it, but you hold the bar at the top and you put your knees over the bottom bar part. Use your whole body and arms in a back bend/bridge type form, and then you do a sit up type thing and try to bring your abs up as far as you can. DON'T use your hands/arms to pull you up, though! You need to use your abs!
