has revol ever flashed a LG Scoop from alltel?

i have a phone i had got from a friend and i wanted to know if revol would flash it over because it is an LG Scoop from alltel
 
If "Revol" doesn't use Sim Cards, then yes, you definantly can. because any network that doesn't use simcards, can be Flashed,,, unless your flashing it to Sprint because there mean :/ lmao, I have sprint and I HATE them!! lol.
