Has Palm the best touchscreens?

- has Palm the best touchscreens? I have heard that, and I believe it! Although we know that they have a limited life under heavy grafiti use.
And what about the new developments in Touchscreen technology?

And if not, who has them?

If you will read the various Palm TX forums I think you will find that many folks have a lot of problems with premature wear with the touch screens of their TX. Many have had them replaced multiple times. Some of us just live with them defective. I recently replaced mine with a third party 'glass' one. Maybe it will last longer than a couple months, we will see.
 
I've had my Palm TX since September, and the touchscreen has been troublesome almost since I first opened the box. It finally lost the center sector, meaning that it's got to be replaced. I have ordered two new digitizer screens from http://www.usedpdaparts.com/ and I'm hoping to do the operation myself. It was a "factory refurb", so I don't wish to spend much on the repair.

I ordered two screens because I have doubts that they will last very long. We shall see..
