...outside of the Anthony? home screaming baby killer? Though they might have freedom of speech, they have no right to disturb the peace. They would not only be disturbing the peace of the Anthonys but neighbors.

Decent civilized people might be appalled at what has happened to Caylee Anthony but they don't behave like that.
 
The OCSO had been out to the Anthony house over 60 and counting times in only a few months. They did and continue to do everything they can to stop people from being obnoxious. But there are only so many deputies in that sector that can respond to those calls, it gets crazy out there.
Everyone has had enough with the Anthony case. That is the talk of the office. They do the best they can.
