A few weeks ago, my 14-month-old woke up screaming. I gave him liquid gas drops (thinking it was gas); he sucked on the dropper as babies do. He vomited shortly after...turned out he'd caught his older brother's bug. I had rinsed the dropper off before he had vomited (not EXTREMELY thoroughly) and put it right back in the bottle. Could the medicine be contaminated and still be contaminated three weeks later?
