This question doesn't make sense. And Rush Limbaugh is a radio host. He could put on this front that he is dumb or real conservative but he may not be. It's for good radio and ratings. All DJ's use fake personality sometimes to keep their job if it helps. You can't always figure out how dumb someone is based on what they say. Remember we are talking about politics here.
